Update my Neatro subscription

Everything you need to know to change your paid plan.

Who can update a Premium (or Pro) subscription?

As described in the User Roles documentation, only an account Administrator can update the Premium or Pro subscription of a Neatro account.


I’d like to switch from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan (or vice versa). What should I do?

As an Administrator, follow these steps:

1/ Log in to your Neatro account: https://app.neatro.io/

2/ Click on your avatar at the top-right corner of your screen, then access your Organization settings.

3/ On the Organization details page, click the Change plan button in the Subscription details section.

You will be redirected to your subscription portal. Click Update plan, then select Monthly or Yearly, depending on your preferred billing cycle. Follow the instructions to confirm your changes.


I’d like to switch from a Premium plan to a Pro plan (or vice versa).

The process is very similar. As an Administrator, follow these steps:

1/ Log in to your Neatro account:
https://app.neatro.io/

2/ Click on your avatar at the top-right corner of your screen, then access your Organization settings.

3/ On the Organization details page, click the Change plan button in the Subscription details section.

You will be redirected to your subscription portal. Click Update plan, then select the plan you would like to switch to.


I’d like to subscribe to an Enterprise plan.

If you are already a Premium or Pro customer, simply send us a message at support@neatro.io, and we’ll get back to you shortly.

If you are not yet a Neatro customer, please contact us through our Enterprise form. We’ll reach out to you as soon as possible.


I’d like to update my current Enterprise plan.
