Why should I use a Team Radar?
Use Team Radars to evaluate your team’s health and key performance dimensions.
Need to take the pulse of your team? Want to reflect on your last Sprint by evaluating specific criteria together? Team Radar is made for you.
Two options are available:
1/ Launch a ready-to-use Team Radar template
Neatro provides several ready-to-use Team Radar templates, including:
-
Team Health Radar
-
Agile Values Radar
-
Psychological Safety Radar
These templates are designed to help you get a real-time snapshot of your team’s health and dynamics.
For example, the Team Health Radar helps you identify your team’s strengths as well as areas for improvement. It’s a highly effective way to gather structured feedback about your team’s current condition.
In this model, we’ve selected 10 key dimensions to help you uncover improvement opportunities: Mission, Ownership, Value, Speed, Process, Roles, Collaboration, Fun, Learning, Resources.
2/ Create your own custom Team Radar template
You can also create your own Team Radar template. 🎉
This allows you to build a model that perfectly fits your team’s needs, with up to 10 dimensions in a single Team Radar.
You can:
-
Select dimensions already offered by Neatro
-
Create your own custom dimensions
-
Or combine both approaches

Good to know…
In both cases, you can use your Team Radar:
-
Before a retrospective (asynchronously)
-
Or as a standalone team activity (live)
Team Radar is one of Neatro’s newer features, and we strongly believe in its potential to help teams grow and improve. We continuously enrich its capabilities — so you can expect ongoing improvements and new evolutions.
Live or in asynchronous mode. Do it your way!
Your Team Radar is a very versatile tool.
Most Neatro users actually run a Team Radar a few days before a Retrospective takes place, making it an asynchronous way to use your Team Radar.
The idea behind this is to get the most accurate picture of how your team feels - with its strengths and weaknesses - just before you need to choose a specific set of challenges to tackle at your next retrospective.
Another way to use it would be to start your actual retrospective meeting with a Team Radar. This option would give you an excellent opportunity to generate discussions with your team as you would all discover the Team Radar results with your team.
