What are the different plans offered by Neatro?
At any time, you can subscribe to a paid plan to unlock the full potential of Neatro.
Premium, Pro, and Enterprise are the three plans we offer. You can find all the details on our Plans & Pricing page.
Who can upgrade our Neatro account to Premium, Pro, or Enterprise?
As described in the User Roles documentation, only a Neatro account Administrator can upgrade the account to Premium or Pro.
However, anyone in your organization (Administrator or not) can contact us to learn more about our Enterprise offer. Simply reach out through our dedicated form, and we’ll get back to you promptly.
I’m an Administrator. How can I upgrade to Premium or Pro?
It’s very simple:
1/ Log in to your Neatro account: https://app.neatro.io/
2/ Click the Upgrade button at the top-right corner of your screen.
Alternatively, you can find the Upgrade button in your Organization settings here: https://app.neatro.io/settings/organization
3/ Choose your preferred plan and billing option (Monthly or Annual), then follow the instructions.
Our account Administrator is not available, and I need to upgrade the account myself. What can I do?
You have two options:

Ask your Administrator to update your role so that you also become an Administrator. Here’s how to do it.

If that’s not possible, no problem — contact us at support@neatro.io, and we’ll send you a separate payment link so you can proceed with the upgrade yourself.
