[Team Radars](https://support.neatro.io/knowledge-base/team-radars?hsLang=en) February 27, 2026 # How to start a Team Radar ## Team Radars are not only beautiful and useful — they’re also very easy to launch. As described in the [User Roles documentation](https://support.neatro.io/knowledge-base/what-are-the-different-user-roles-in-neatro?hsLang=en), only the **Administrator** and the **Facilitator** can start a Team Radar. As an Administrator or Facilitator, locate the **Radar** icon at the top-left corner of your screen and click it. You can also access it directly via [this link](https://app.neatro.io/team-radar-templates). ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/72ef0843d295b400/8ee706ee-bae1-4dcb-a99c-fe34ba_aw59h9.png) By default, the **Team Health Radar** template — carefully designed by the Neatro team — will appear on your screen. Click on it to open it. Alternatively, click **Create template** if you want to create a custom Team Radar model. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/9a6e26033220a800/daa25f3c-dcf6-4104-96b6-5fc844_12fw44.png) Then click the **Start Radar** button at the top-right corner of your screen to launch your Radar. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/94696459cb40e800/9dcb67aa-3903-4e9c-b1b8-eedf87_mnj5bv.png) You can run your Team Radar in two modes: **Regular** or **Anonymous**. #### 1/ Regular Team Radar You will see the results as soon as a participant submits their answers. The identities of participants will be visible. #### 2/ Anonymous Team Radar Results will only be revealed after at least three responses. The identities of team members or guests will be automatically hidden.
