Change my team picture

Here’s how to update your team avatar on Neatro.

⚠️ Note: Only Facilitators can update a Neatro team’s picture.

Check the Neatro User Roles documentation to learn more about the different roles.

As a Facilitator, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Teams section: https://app.neatro.io/settings/teams

  2. Select a team. If you cannot find the team you want to update, it may mean you are currently in the wrong Neatro organization. In that case, select the correct organization from the dropdown menu in the top-left corner of your screen.

  3. Click on your team’s avatar.

  4. Choose the avatar you like. Note that you can select an avatar from the Neatro or Unsplash library. You can also upload your own avatar. Then click Confirm.
