How to rename your Neatro organization

Give your Neatro organization a great name!

Your Neatro organization is where you connect all your teams under a single entity. If you would like to learn more about Neatro organizations and teams, click here.

Only an Administrator can change a Neatro organization’s name. For more information about the different user roles, click here.

To rename your organization as an Administrator, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Neatro account: (https://app.neatro.io/)

  2. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of your screen, then access your Organization settings (https://app.neatro.io/settings/organization)

  3. Once you are on the Organization Details page, click on your organization name.

  4. Type a new organization name, then press Enter. A confirmation message will appear on your screen (“Saved”), indicating that the new name has been successfully applied.
