Who can create, edit, or delete teams?
As described in the User Roles documentation, only a Neatro account Administrator can create, edit, or delete teams.
Why should I create several teams?
Although you can have as many members as you want in a team, you might be interested in creating several teams for one key reason: data confidentiality.
Note that all team members — regardless of their role (Administrator, Facilitator, Contributor) — have full access to the historical data of every past team activity (both Retrospectives and Team Radars).
Let’s say you’re managing two teams, Team A and Team B, and you would like to run Retrospectives with both teams. You wouldn’t want members from Team A to see the content of retrospectives conducted by Team B, right? And vice versa.
This is why we highly recommend creating two distinct teams so that you can maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding your team activities.
How to create a new team
As an Administrator, simply log in to your Neatro account first:

Make sure you have selected the correct Neatro organization. Then check your list of teams here:
https://app.neatro.io/settings/teams
Click on the Create Team button.
Choose an avatar and give your team a name. Then click Create Team.
It’s done! You now have a brand-new team available.
How to update your team's name
As an Administrator, check your list of teams here:
https://app.neatro.io/settings/teams
Click on the three-dot button located next to the team you want to update. Then select Edit.
Place your cursor over your team name. A pencil icon will appear.
Click on your team’s name and type a new name.
How to delete a team
As an Administrator, check your list of teams here:
https://app.neatro.io/settings/teams
Click on the three-dot button located next to the team you want to delete. Then select Delete.
Click the red Delete button to permanently remove your team from Neatro.
