# Integrate iceScrum with your Neatro Action Plan

## iceScrum and Neatro work seamlessly together. Here’s how.

Integrating iceScrum with your Neatro Action Plan streamlines collaboration by allowing you to export action items directly from Neatro to your iceScrum workspace.

This guide walks you through the steps to ensure a smooth and efficient integration — helping your team strengthen its continuous improvement practices.

### Why should I export Neatro action items to iceScrum?

Exporting action items to iceScrum offers several advantages:

**Increase visibility:** When your Neatro action items are visible in iceScrum, your team is less likely to forget them.

**Save time:** Export action items to iceScrum in just a few clicks. No need to recreate them manually.

**Strengthen continuous improvement:** Keeping your action plan visible in your development workflow reinforces accountability and follow-through.

### How do I export Neatro action items to iceScrum?

Neatro allows you to export action items to iceScrum in two ways:

- From your Team’s Action Plan board (Option A)
- From a retrospective report (Option B)

Choose the option that best fits your workflow.

#### Option A: Export from your Team’s Action Plan board

1. To get started, go to your team’s Action Plan board: [https://app.neatro.io/action-items](https://app.neatro.io/action-items)
2. <https://app.neatro.io/action-items>Click the action item you want to export to iceScrum. If you don’t have any existing action items, click the **+ Action Item** button to create one.
3. Click the integration logo at the bottom of the action item panel to start the iceScrum export process.
4. In the integration options, select **iceScrum**.
5. If you are not already logged in to iceScrum, you will be prompted to sign in. Make sure you have your credentials ready.
6. Next, select the appropriate **iceScrum Project** for the exported action item.

#### Option B: Export from a retrospective report

1. To get started, open your retrospective report: [https://app.neatro.io/retrospectives](https://app.neatro.io/retrospectives)
2. <https://app.neatro.io/retrospectives>Locate the action item you want to export and click the **Integrations** button next to it.
3. Select **iceScrum** from the available integrations.
4. If you are not logged in to iceScrum, you will be prompted to sign in.
5. Then choose the appropriate **iceScrum Project** for the action item.
