Who can start a retrospective?
As described in the User Roles documentation, only the Administrator and the Facilitator can schedule or start a retrospective.
Where can I see the full list of retrospective templates?
You can access the list of Neatro retrospective templates by clicking on the See all link in the Retrospective Templates section from your dashboard. Or follow this link: https://app.neatro.io/dashboard/templates
Additionally, the Neatroverse template collection will give you numerous activities made by Neatro users. You can find this collection here: https://app.neatro.io/neatroverse/templates
Can I create my own custom retrospective template?
Yes, you can!

You can design your own retrospective template from there.
How can I schedule or start a retrospective?
As an Administrator or a Facilitator, you can schedule a retrospective.
To do so, select a ready-to-use retrospective template or choose a template of your own.
From there, two buttons allow you to schedule or start your retrospective.
1/ How to schedule a retrospective
Click the Schedule retro button.
Choose the day when your next retrospective will take place and confirm.
One day before the selected date, you will receive an email with a link to the scheduled retrospective to share with your teammates.
2/ How to start a retrospective right away
Simply click the Start retro button.
How can I add an Icebreaker to my retrospective?
If you want to help your teammates connect at the beginning of the retrospective, make sure the Start with an icebreaker toggle is turned on.
Currently, the main Icebreaker we offer is the Question Game. We have created hundreds of questions to introduce your retrospective in a fun way.
