How users are structured within a Neatro organization
Every Neatro user is part of a Neatro organization. An organization is made up of one or several Neatro team(s). Simply put, a user is part of at least one organization and at least one team within that organization.

For a Neatro organization, you have two different user roles:
- Administrator
- Member
For a Neatro team, you have two different team member roles:
- Facilitator
- Contributor

How to appoint an Administrator
Only an Administrator can nominate a new Administrator.
As an Administrator, log in to your Neatro account:
https://app.neatro.io/login
From your dashboard, make sure you have selected the correct Neatro organization.
Then head to your Organization Details page:
https://app.neatro.io/settings/organization
Click on Add Admins.

Insert the email address of your new Admin, then click Add.

And voilà! Your new Admin has been confirmed. They will receive an automatic email informing them that they have become an Administrator of your Neatro organization.
Change the role of a team member (Facilitator, Contributor)
Only a Facilitator can change a team member’s role.
As a Facilitator, go to your list of teams first:
https://app.neatro.io/settings/teams
Select a team. The full list of your team members will then appear.
From there, you can promote a team member to Facilitator (or demote them to Contributor) by clicking on the three-dot button.
